Paper Bag Replacement Restrictions
Paper bag size: 11cm x 32cm x 40cm (if the product exceeds this size, this service cannot be used).

Precision instruments.

Toys and figurine models.
Alcoholic products.
Items deemed unsafe by receiving staff.

Operation Method
Check the [Replace with Paper Bag] option while filling out the order form.
Handling Package Issues
After replacing with paper bag, as the original box is discarded, it may be difficult to communicate with the seller, and there may be unresolved issues. However, please provide relevant photos and information, and we will do our best to coordinate with the seller for you.
If you choose to remove the original box yourself, in case of shipping issues, you will not be able to enjoy the four major guarantees: full compensation for damaged goods during shipping. Please assess this risk before selecting.
Enhanced Packaging
Cost: 10 SGD/item
Calculated for packages with a total dimension within 160cm. Packages exceeding this size or requiring special packaging will be quoted separately.
To reduce and prevent product damage risks, Sekaimen Overseas Warehouse will enhance the packaging of members' parcels in the following situations, and calculate international shipping costs based on the enhanced package weight:
Purchased items are fragile, such as ceramics, models, alcoholic products, etc.
Seller's packaging is inadequate and may cause damage during shipping.
The package or outer box is severely damaged upon receipt.
To ensure timely delivery and smooth logistics operations, the enhanced packaging of items will not be separately notified. We seek members' understanding and cooperation.
Enhanced Packaging Method
Enhanced packaging means adding extra boxes or inserting fixed and cushioning materials outside the seller's original packaging to strengthen the stability of the product and prevent damage during international or domestic shipping in Singapore.
Enhanced packaging may increase the weight (approximately 1~3KG, depending on the package size) and may result in corresponding shipping cost increases. Please pay attention.
If you need enhanced packaging, please select the optional enhanced packaging service when filling out the order form. If you forget to check it, you can also request enhanced packaging through customer service.
Fragile Packaging Instructions
Wrap the Fragile item completely with bubble wrap or air columns.
Place it in a suitable styrofoam box and fill it with cushioning materials.
For multiple Fragile item, pack 2~3 bottles into one box.
Mark the direction of the box and attach a fragile sticker to ensure safe delivery.
Photo Service
Photo Fee: 10 SGD/item
If you want to take photos before receiving the goods, you can choose the photo service when filling out the order form.
The photo service cannot specify the shooting angle or position. Generally, four photos will be taken: front, side, back, and bottom of the item.
