• To protect consumer rights, Sekaimen uses a staged payment system. The payment process is as follows:

First Stage Fees:

• Winning bid price/Purchasing amount + Bidding/Purchasing handling fees + Local remittance fees
• The cost of the goods must be paid to the seller before they can ship the item.

Second Stage Fees:

• Goods and Services Tax/Overseas local shipping fees/International shipping fees/Optional service fees/Domestic delivery fees
• The second stage fees must be paid within 48 hours after the goods arrive at the overseas receiving center for the item to be arranged for shipment to Taiwan.

Third Stage Fees:

• Import customs fees/Other additional fees/Fees arising from changing from self-pickup to home delivery
• Import customs fees for overweight or oversized items: Declaration fee + Storage fee = 3,500 JPY + Applicable customs duties (actual cost)
